(SOUTH PORCUPINE) – The South Porcupine OPP Crime Unit has completed its investigation into the conduct of a local resident and based on their findings has laid fraud related charges against the person identified in the complaint.
As a result, Sharon G. SABOURIN, 34, of Timmins, has been charged with:
- one count of Personation With Intent contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada
- one count of Utter Forged Document contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada
- one count of Convey False Message contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada
She has been released from police custody but must attend Provincial Court in Timmins on September 10th to answer to the charges laid against her.
